Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking at Seagulls Guesthouse. When you book with us it is advisable that you read and understand our cancellation policy. Cancellations have a great impact on our business and accordingly we apply the following policy.

Peak Times,

December and January
Public Holiday Weekends (including Easter, Labour Weekend)

Minimum Stays

Public Holiday weekends, 2 nights
Easter, December and January, 3 nights

Peak time bookings;

A deposit of two night’s accommodation is required to confirm your reservation.
If you cancel 28 days or more prior to arrival then your deposit will be refunded in full less a $50 administration fee per room.
If you cancel your booking within 28 days prior to your arrival then the deposit is non refundable.
If you reduce your booked dates within 28 days prior to your arrival then full payment for the originally booked dates is required.
If you cancel within 14 days then payment in full is required.
No refund will be given after arrival should you alter your reserved dates or leave for any reason before your reserved departure date.

Outside of peak time bookings;

A valid credit card number is required to secure your booking.
If you cancel within 7 days prior to arrival then a $50 administration fee per room cancelled will be deducted from your card.
If you cancel or reduce your booked dates within 48 hours of arrival the full cost will be required.
The balance of your account is payable in full upon your arrival.
No refund will be given after arrival should you alter your reserved dates or leave for any reason before your reserved departure date.

Group Bookings;

A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to confirm your booking. The receipt of your deposit confirms your reservation and dates booked. Payment on arrival is required for those dates.
If the booking is cancelled at any time the deposit is non refundable.
Confirmation of group numbers must be made 60 days prior to arrival and payment will be required for that number.
No refund will be given after arrival should you alter your reserved dates or leave for any reason before your reserved departure date.
